Plantain Pizza

Pizza crust made with plantains is much better than those made with cauliflower or nut flours because it doesn’t crumble or break. Once baked, it has the same consistency as a crispy thin crust pizza. I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve made this. Probably at least once every other week, if I’m not mistaken! I prefer green plantains to the yellow ones because they have a neutral flavor that doesn’t clash with the pizza toppings. Go ahead; make this one and experiment with whatever toppings you want. The possibilities are endless.
